I myself teach kickboxing/fitness classes, yes mostly for women, but men are allowed to come get their asses kicked as well!
We also offer Muay Thai, Krav Maga, fight classes, private trainings etc... We have smokers, "Fight Night", every few months, where peps from all surrounding counties come up to put on thrilling but bloody matches!
We have actually been established there since the 80's, under the name Sonoma County Martial Arts, and featured teaching karate classes. As of the last few years, son bought the business from father, and major reconstruction of the business has occured. Our website is coming, but the phone # is 707-584-3812, please call to talk to Herb Cody, who will give you all the lovely details.
And females please come!! Kicking ass is fun, plus the music rocks as well...
Or if your a hard core bitch (like me, when I'm in the mood)-take the fight classes, coming home w/ a black eye will allways intimidate the dudes!!...
