I'm Angela, an Northern -Cally -based chick :) I teach at the Fight Academy in Rohnert Park CA. ABout 30 min. N of SF. I myself teach kickboxing/fitness classes, yes mostly for women, but men are allowed to come get their asses kicked as well! We also offer Muay Thai, Krav Maga, fight classes, private trainings etc... We have smokers, "Fight Night", every few months, where peps from all surrounding counties come up to put on thrilling but bloody matches! We have actually been established there since the 80's, under the name Sonoma County Martial Arts, and featured teaching karate classes.
